BedVoyage Return Policy
At BedVoyage, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Because our sheets, pillowcases, coverlets and towels are personal-use products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and unused, and in original factory folded condition in original packaging.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and unwashed. Items must be in their original packaging and factory folded
- Returns must be approved with an RA# before being shipped back
Because bedding products are considered intimate personal-use items, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or washed.
30-Day Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please email us at info@bedvoyage.com with your Order Number and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, BedVoyage will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse within 5 business days of delivery, we will confirm that the item meets the unopened/unused return requirements.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Important Return Conditions
Items that are opened, used, washed, damaged, or not returned in original condition are not eligible for a refund.
If a returned item is received by our warehouse and determined to have been opened, washed, or used:
- No refund will be issued
- The item will not be shipped back to the customer
60-Day Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or product flaw, please email info@bedvoyage.com
within 60 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include:
- 3–4 clear photos showing the defect or concern
- 1 photo of the product Care Tag showing the PO# information
- Your Order Number and a brief description of the issue
- To note: we do not coat our linens with formaldehyde, which is a wrinkle-resistant chemical. Therefore they may be some slight wrinkles in the hem edges which is normal for Bamboo fabrics and does not qualify as a defect.
Our customer care team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps and personalized solutions based on the situation.
