30 Day Return Policy (60 days during Q4):
All unopened and unused items in the original packaging can be returned for a refund within 30 days of your delivery. Start a return
• Shipping and Onward VIP Protection fees are non-refundable and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
• No restocking fee
• You get our negotiated shipping rates, which will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your return has been received.
Quality Claim:
If you have a damaged product within 60 days of delivery, please select Quality Claim in the return options (we'll review your claim and get back to you shortly).
Our products are intended for regular home use and care instructions need to be followed carefully. See our Laundering Instructions.
The below occurrences are not considered faults or defects and returns won’t be accepted nor replacements offered:
• Discoloration/Stains - Due to the nature of bamboo fibers, our bedding should not be exposed to lotions or oils, as this can cause discolorations/stains on the fabric. See our Laundering and FAQ for tips on removing stains.
• Our guarantee does not include misuse of the product including the following:
• Incorrectly following care instructions
• Stains/discoloration, abrasion, rips/tears, or pet damage
Loss or theft of an item(s)
Missing or Incorrect Items Received:
If you received an incorrect item, or your shipment was missing an item within 7 days of delivery; please select Received Wrong Item in the return options (we will review your claim and get back to you shortly).
Onward VIP Protection+ If you purchased Onward VIP Protection+ with your order:
Returns:
• If your product is unopened/unused within 30 days, start a return through Loop and your return shipping cost will be waived.
• If your product is opened, used or it's been over 30 days, please start a claim through Onward.
90-Day Customer Satisfaction:
• If you aren't fully satisfied with your product for any reason within 90 days of delivery, start a claim through Onward.
Shipping Protection:
• If your package was lost, stolen or damaged, start a claim through Onward.
