BedVoyage wants you to be happy with your purchase! If the products are unopened, unused and still factory folded, we’ll issue a refund less shipping fees within 30 days of their order delivery. Please simply follow the instructions below.

30 Day Return Policy (60 days during Q4) :

All unopened and unused items in the original packaging can be returned for a refund within 30 days of your delivery date. Shipping fees are non-refundable and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Simply follow the "Return" button below. We do not charge restocking fees and extend to you our negotiated shipping rates in the form of a prepaid shipping label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed once your return has been received.

Quality Claim :

If you receive or have experience a damaged product within 60 days of receipt, please select Quality Claim in the return options. We will review your claim and get back to you shortly. Our products are intended for regular home use and care instructions need to be followed carefully. See our Laundering Instructions.

The below occurrences are not considered faults or defects and returns won’t be accepted nor replacements offered:

1. Discoloration/Stains - Due to the nature of bamboo fibers, our bedding should not be exposed to lotions or oils, as this can cause discolorations/stains on the fabric. See our Laundering and FAQ for tips on removing stains.

2. Our guarantee does not include misuse of the product including the following :

• Incorrectly following care instructions
• Stains/discoloration, abrasion, rips/tears, or pet damage
• Loss or theft of an item(s)

Missing or Incorrect Items Received :

If you received an incorrect item, or your shipment was missing an item; please select Received Wrong Item in the return options. We will review your claim and get back to you shortly. within 7 days of delivery. Please keep the product intact, inside its original packaging.
