Who do you share my personal information with?

We only share your personal information within our organization, contractors or service providers in order to complete a transaction or with a third-party plugin or portal that we contract with in order to market to you, such as our use of the below programs:

Shopify.com is the platform in which our shoppable website is built upon

Shopify InBox is the platform in which we communicate with customers via chat bot.

Loop (loopreturns.com) is the returns platform in which our returns are processed.

Bespoke Shipping (bespoke-shipping.com) is the platform we use for shipping rules.

OneClickUpSell/Zipify (zipify.com) is our abandoned-cart and upsell remarketing affiliate.

Google Analytics (analytics.google.com) analyzes our web traffic.

Onward Shipping Protection (https://useonward.com/) is the program we use for shipping insurance and carbon neutral emission offsets.

Klaviyo Newsletters and SMS text messaging is our platform for promotions and information. As well as any cookies that may have been added. We may use your information to send targeted email or texting campaigns to you, but we do not, and never will, sell your personal information to any outside service or contractor.

How is my data processed?

Per our Terms and Conditions, when you create an account with BedVoyage, you have given your personal information, such as name, address, email address and credit card information. Your credit card information is only shared with our credit card processing company Shopify Pay so that they can confirm and process your charge. Much of this processing is done by using automated computer and or IT/enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to your purchase. Only the parties necessary in the processing of the charge have any access to your personal data, such as our administrators, customer service, and credit card processing company. We have been granted this legal basis for processing your order by you submitting an order request and your credit card information to BedVoyage, which is considered consent.

GCC and CPSC and CPSIA regulations do not apply to BedVoyage products.

California consumers: this processing constitutes a sale based on the definition under the CCPA. Additionally, BedVoyage does not meet the requirements necessary to comply with CCPA regulations.

BedVoyage does not process personal data of EU citizens and is therefore not required to comply with GDPR regulations. But in the event that we had a random order from an EU citizen, unbeknownst to us, we do not store nor sell their data.
