Please note: all shipping carriers are experiencing increasing delays and unprecedented increases in shipping volumes, especially around the holidays. We are seeing that 3-5 days have been added to normal shipping times. Due to this, we’re unable to guarantee exact shipment arrival dates, including expedited shipments. Please refer to the map below as a guideline.

Shipping
Orders over $99 that are shipping within the lower 48 states; will ship free Standard Ground and arrive within 1-10 business days.
Orders received Monday-Friday by 12 PM PST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 12 PM will ship the next business day.
Expedited shipping options are available.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes and APO/FPO will ship via USPS.

Returns: 
BedVoyage wants you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we’ll issue an exchange or refund within 60 days (90 days from Nov 1 through Dec 25 due to holiday shipping delays) of the order delivery, less shipping fees. Final Sale items are not returnable.
For gift with purchase orders (GWP) the free gift would need to be returned with purchased item in order to receive a full refund. Please simply follow the below instructions:
1. EMAIL your Invoice or PO# to: orders@bedvoyage.com with your concern, we’ll reply and issue an RA#.
2. RETURN PACKAGE: Include the RA# in the box, include your details and tell us if you’re wanting a return or an exchange. Ship to the below noted address.
3. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt of the shipment, there are no restocking fees. You’ll receive an email reply once processed.

Defects:

1. In the event of manufacturer’s defect, please email us at orders@bedvoyage.com with a description and images of the defect, along with your Invoice or PO#.
2. We will email you a prepaid shipping label and an RA# for orders within the lower 48 US states. *Please note: international shipping charges will not be credited back to you.
3. You may opt to have the product replaced, or be issued a refund of your total order amount, for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.

Exchanges:

1. If you are interested in exchanging any unopened/unused product that is still in its original packaging; please email us at info@bedvoyage.com with your Invoice or PO#. Please note the item you are returning (color and size) and state the item you’d like to exchange for (color and size). Any price difference due to variations in size can be collected at the time we’re ready to ship the replacement.
