What if I have a tear or there is damage to my item?
We never want that to happen to you, but if you do experience an issue, please send a photo of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with a description of the issue, your Order #, the color and size of the product, and your shipping address. We are more than happy to replace any faulty items. Do please review our Laundry Care tab to ensure that you are properly caring for your linens, as some detergents are not as gentle as preferred and can cause a breakdown in fibers that may result in a tear.
We will then email you a return shipping label so that you can return the item to us, for orders in the lower 48 states. * Please note, additional shipping charges will not be credited back. Upon receipt of the returned item; we can either ship you the replacement or we can issue a credit to your credit card if the defect has been found within 90 days from the time of purchase.
