If you’re not completely in love with your BedVoyage linens, you’re eligible for a return. The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and the item(s) must be unopened, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. The item(s) must be shipped to our return center within 10 days of receiving the shipping label, and include the Return Authorization Form in the return package.
You can choose free return shipping and get a store credit OR a refund to your original payment method minus a return shipping fee of $12.00. Final sale items and internationals orders are not eligible for returns. Once your return is received and inspected, the refund or store credit will be processed within 15 days. If you received a free-gift with your purchase, you must return the gift, or the cost of the item will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
BedVoyage will not issue refunds or store credits for items returned that are not in their original condition, or does not include the Return Authorization form, and we will not be responsible for returning non-approved items. BedVoyage cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged during return shipping and therefore will not refund the value of the goods. If you’re looking to return an item purchased via third-party vendors and websites, kindly contact them directly.

- Customer Service will email you with a Return Label and Return Authorization Form to complete, which must be included in your shipment. You will opt for Refund or Store Credit on that form. You must ship within 10 days of receipt of Return label.
- Our Returns Dept. will alert us upon arrival, and we'll process your return or store credit within 15 days of receipt of product. The store credit comes to you in the form of an eGift card via email. You can use this at any time, there is no expiration date.
